40. Sending MIDI notes from the MP Host

In the July 2024 update (Beta MPH v1.7-91f44c9b--H2024-07-20--B2024-07-20) we introduced the ability to send MIDI notes out to the DAW when using a plugin that has this functionality 

(like Sequencer, Arpeggiator Instrument plugins like Audiomodern Riffer).

This update applies on both the Instrument MP Single host and Instrument Multi host.host (not the FX MPH).
