Transferring your MP Controller account
In the case you want to transfer your account to a new owner, we need to perform the transfer manually and it will cost 15.00 Euros payable via Paypal at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/mpmidiAccTransfer
or by sending via PayPal at address paypal@mpmidi.com
Selling second hand units:
Transfering second hand units (if you are not the original owner) requires the purchase of a support package. If you have purchased a second hand unit for reselling it you need to purchase a support package from us. The support package is for 2 years per owner and it is 85.00 Euros including the transfer account fee.
Send us an email from the email address you have registered with MP MIDI.Ā In the email message you must state that you want to transfer your account to a new owner and provide the following information:
1. The model of the MP Controller you want to transfer (Model 1A, 1A+, 2A)
2. nameĀ of the new owner.Ā
3. email of the new owner.
We will create a new account for the new owner transfer the account and send them by email instructions setup and access the software.Ā
Please note that accounts transferred after the six months from the original purchase date will not be eligible for priority email support, however they are eligible for free limited email support. If you would like to purchase a standard support package (2 years support) for a transferred account, please transfer 85.00 Euros to https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/mpmidiAccTransfer

We do not transfer or sell licenses for used MP Controllers unless the current registered owner submits a written transfer request to us.
If you purchase a used unit without the original owner's cooperation, you will not be able to obtain a license or use of the MP Controller's software.Ā Before buying a used MP Controller, please ensure that the original owner is available to request the license transfer.
